The interview process is longer than most but it gave me a good opportunity to learn more about the company culture and my future co-workers. Overall, it was informative and enjoyable.

Company culture seems awesome. Had a great connection with the sales manager on the first interview, and two national managers on the second. The third interview was with the national vp and national sales manager which I also thought went exceptionally well. I responded to two pre-interview questions and answered correctly a critical thinking exercise without hesitation. Did I shun a comment about not preferring a red hat? Iykyk. Maybe that has nothing to do with it, but I didn't get an offer. I did get an email 10 days later saying that they went with someone else and to “let me know if you have any questions”, which of course I did with no response. Why offer this if not willing to offer feedback? Just say, thanks but no thanks goodbye. Overall not mad about it but would’ve liked feedback.
On a positive note I received a better offer from their competitor and I start in a few weeks.

Easy interview, really just want to see if you can mesh with the rest of the team. Hardly anything related to medical devices. Just telling them about your previous experiences and what caught your attention to this particular company.
