Applied for the job and received a call to schedule an interview within 2 weeks. Laid back interview with the manager discussing my experience, really easy especially for a first job : )

First a group interview which included 3 small activities - a card memory exercise, a "sell this product" exercise where you had to find an object in the store and pitch it to interviewer and a basic interactive icebreaker. Then a few individual questions too.

I got called in for a group interview. Had relatively easy questions that asked about my experience, why I would want to work for the company and what value I would bring.
