The interview process is very lengthy as far a time. You interview with HR, then the hiring manager, and then potential peers. After 3 interviews, there is no follow up letting you know you did not get accepted for the position. A follow up phone call and email are just ignored. I would look for a company that has strong communication skills and can follow up with applicants either way. If they are not able to do this, what else are they lacking in the communication arena?
