Interview is done almost like a board panel. About 4 executives will ask various questions about why you would be a benefit to TVA and how your experience can help. An extensive background check is conducted. Don't plan on getting an answer right away. I was interviewed in September and hired in March.

Basic 5 Question interview. Interview takes around 15-20 minutes. Very relaxed interview panel. A couple of the interviewers are hard to read and have a good poker face. Just relax and be yourself.
