In person sit-in with the manager and immediate supervisor. Asked a couple of random work-related PHP questions. Afterwards, had to write online test (which is no longer being used). Test consisted of PHP, SQL and JavaScript questions. No phone interview, and I was informed of short-listing by phone and email.
