The hiring process is quite simple.
There are three interview and one written test.
First interview is taken by the Senior Manager HR. The current head of HR (2013) is a great guy. He is highly impressive and I have to admit one of the best in his field. He will take a comprehensive interivew including, past experiences, learnings from these experiences, motivations, strenghts, weaknesses, scenario based questions, details about the last job. etc etc.
The other HR guy (usually Assistant Manger or Team Leader) will ask about career aspirations (the typical HR questions).
If you qualify, you will be called for a second interview. It will include Senior Managers (Heads) of Projects, Research & Development and the Head of the Departmnet to which you have applied.
The will ask you all the typical questions about your experiences.
If you qualify, you will be called for the third interview. When you reach there, you will be asked to take a test. It is a simple 30 questions behavourial test. After the test you will be asked to write an essay. Mine was about the impact of public private partnerships in Pakistan and their impact.
