Good experience. Had an online assessment. Then had a phone call interview which was then followed by an in store interview. When in store I had to do a maths test, a quick role play and answered a few questions. Very relaxed interview and was kept casual but professional.

Online assessment followed up with a telephone interview, then through to an online teams interview which included a numeracy test, I felt the online teams interview made me feel less anxious and more relaxed.sadly no email or phone call with a follow up of outcome (successful or unsuccessful which for me was quite rude)considering how far you get.

I arrived and wasn't seen for quite a while as there seemed to be a backlog. One person was conducting the interviews and I was told by them they would be doing many more hours of this after mine. We had a chat first, then I was asked questions and then finished off with the financial test.

It was fine. As soon as I sat down the interviewer told me there was already someone experienced she was yet to interview so I felt immediately deflated, later followed by that they wanted to keep my information on file if that was ok with them to contact me in the future just in case, adding to my disappointment as I really wanted this role and am passionate .
They want to get to know you more than anything and whether you will fit in with the team. With this in mind, there was a lot of questions which I did answer quite easily but I admit it did feel a bit strange because it felt like answering the questions didn’t really mean anything when they were making their mind up on my personality (and what seems like experience from what I had been told earlier)
Role play was fine, just make sure you search what key things you need to know from a customer to find them the right holiday eg. Dates, flying from, type of trip, adults only etc.
Maths test also easy, look up currency conversion math tests and percentages to practice.
Lastly, I did not get an offer and was quite disappointed that I did not get a call or email to let me know. But the ladies in the shop were all super lovely and I would apply again.
