Entretien
The process was very smooth and the interviewer was very professional.
The company has what we call iAspire where we are keeping updates for any opportunities available for us depending on current role/ position.
The position is also posted online for others- both internal and external candidates to apply.
Screening then is done through an interview by the iAspire group.

Entretien
There is no long wait, just an interview with the GWFM Talent Acquisition and the Hiring Manager. It takes around less than a week to know the results. However, the approval for the papers took around 2 weeks. Nevertheless, it did not affect my excitement to perform the new role that I will take. And I am looking forward for more promotions and development in the upcoming years with Teletech. No plans of leaving this job.
