I was contacted to interview for position via email. Time, date and zoom information sent and interview accepted. HR Recruiter did not join the Zoom interview. When I reached out was told that we needed to reschedule for Friday. Emailed Thursday inquiring if interview information would be sent. No response. I sent one more follow up email two weeks later, was sent a response that would still like to interview me and what was my availability to interview. That was one month ago. I am disappointed as ttec looks like a company I would enjoy working for and Workforce Management is both a skill and passion of mine.
