Application was pretty easy to fill out & submit, received an email giving me the option to schedule my interview, on the day of the interview I didn't wait long to be given the assessment, the interview was quick to the point & I received a job offer right away, did the whole account set up & was given my start date.
I was emailed a link to complete an online assessment. Questions included scenario questions, skill test, and personality quiz. They asked for camera access, but to my knowledge didn't need it. They also performed a speed test of my home internet connection.

Entretien
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.
