Entretien
I passed my resume via email. My first interview is a 5 minute interview via phone. By the next day, i was called for my first examination. A long exam with multiple choices. It wasn't that hard, if you just understand the situation correctly, then you'll answer it correctly. After that, the final interview begins. Just some random questions, You just have to answer in a correct grammar. The second exam was being a Customer Service Representative. Our customer is one of the higher ranks in Teletech. You have to symphasize with the caller. when all is done, your contract signing would be by next week. Then they'll give you another week to get ready for your training. The trainors at Teletech are the best. They'll never let you fall back. Even the management is cool and understanding.

Anything would be difficult if you worry too much. Because worrying too much would stutter you and would make your mind go blank.
First interview was a phone interview, the second interview was a group interview followed by a breakout session into a 3 person group. Interview process was very straightforward and easy.
I was emailed a link to complete an online assessment. Questions included scenario questions, skill test, and personality quiz. They asked for camera access, but to my knowledge didn't need it. They also performed a speed test of my home internet connection.

Group interviews where you hear about the position ro determine if you want it. You may speak to someone individually but not always. Then you are sent an offer letter if indicating interest
