The interview process was via Zoom connect. It took almost 4 interviews in 3 weeks before I was identified to be the qualified applicant. The final interview with the project executive director was the part where I feel like "this is it, I'm almost there!". By whole, the interview process is not really that tiresome, it didn't make me nervous like in the regular interviews. The interviewers are very good in making me feel comfortable.
