Three phone interviews spanning over the course of a couple weeks. After the third interview one of the operations coordinators flew into town to have a sit down interview with me before making the job offer a few days later.

There was a phone interview from someone in the corporate office, to make sure I met the job requirements. After that, I had a phone interview with the manager of the team I would be working with. There were several applicants, so I also had an in person interview with the hiring manger, then a team interview to make sure we would all be a good fit with each other.
