Spoke with a representative for 20 minutes about my experience and what they do. She described the platform and the roles of the position I applied for. I did not speak to any developers and I was not given any programming challenges.

Recruiter / Recruiter-screening call: Many people got interview calls through a recruiter. Non-technical / informal conversation: At least one candidate said the first half was just casual — hobbies, pets, general background — rather than technical grilling. Technical screening / basic technical questions: Even in “easy” interviews, there might be basic coding, simple SQL/DB questions or general software-engineering logic; although some reviews suggest interviewers were not very rigorous (e.g. not even knowing how to write a for-loop or simple SQL). Fast turnaround (sometimes 1 day): At least in one case for senior-level, the candidate said the process took a day.
