2 part process - Competency Based Interview completed with interviewer and note taker followed by a role play to review sales skills and compliance. Once offer given then background checks took place which did take some time.

Worst recruitment process I have seen to date. Applied in march 2016 only for the position to be removed and given to a internal candidate. I was advised that they will contact me when further positions arise. This never happened and I applied some months after. So i finally get a interview in August 2016. 6 hour interview!! Anyways went really well. Couple of weeks later I get a call to say they have given the position to a internal candidate but have decided to shortlist me for other mortgage advisor roles they have and they will contact me in a couple of weeks with a decision. 5 months on and after chasing a number of times I still have no received any form of offer or decline. I am being told my application is on hold till they make a decision. 5 Months!!!! No feedback given! Nothing! This has been a absolute waste of time!
