Applied online, received a fast response to set up a teams interview. Followed up with in-person interview. Went well, hiring manager was very engaged and I understood the job requirements very well. Everything was very friendly and cordial. They called to offer $65K. 30% paycut from my current gig. Company looked great and they said they had room to grow. I asked if they could be flexible on the schedule at least, a hybrid of WFH and on-site. Got ghosted, never heard from hiring manager. I followed up two weeks later and got a "we'll get back to you" from their HR department. I'm sure its a great work environment, but that kind of left a sour taste in my mouth.
