I received an email from the recruiter after applied via linkedin and received a written interview. They asked me to send them writing samples. After sending them everything they asked me, they ghosted me up. I sent another follow-up email just to clarify whether they wanted to follow up or not. I didn't receive any reply. This is a very offending interview process and shows the company doesn't respect potential employees.
