Questions d'entretien chez TRISTAR Risk Management

I completed a phone interview which discussed my background and the summary for the job. Overall the pay scale seemed very low... over 10k lower than what I currently make. Right away I told him I didn't think it was a good fit but was willing to see what their benefit package was. I was promised to receive details but basically was told they pay "most" of dependent's premium. No clear answers but I definitely was encouraged to take a step down in pay.
