The overall interview process flowed similar to other standard interview process' I've experienced. 1st Interview was over a virtual Microsoft Teams meeting followed by an in-person interview meeting the next week or so. The overall hiring process did take some time. A background check was performed and urine test. Would roughly estimate about ~2-months or so from date of interview to first start date.
