You will apply online and if considered for employment, you will be contacted by phone. A brief phone interview will lead to an in person interview a couple weeks later. The process is painless and gives you an opportunity to meet other employees and see if you are a good fit. If you are right for the position they will send you a new hire package about a week after your in person interview.
