I was brought in to meet the senior designer about the position. The conversation was very relaxed and genuine, and they were very kind. A design test was given to gauge the speed and quality of work. After the interview and design test, there was no follow up and or communication regarding their decision. (Not very courteous)

It was a 45 minute interview with their senior art director. He asked all the questions you would expect for a designer role. They were looking for someone passionate about design and willing to continue and learn. I was nervous at first but it was a pretty straightforward and easy interview.
