Initial application process is online through the usajobs website. The interview process consisted of a single interview with the head of the office in which I would be working and one or two other individuals. The interview was very straightforward, no curveballs in terms of what they asked. It would have been nice to have the opportunity to visit the office before having to make a determination about accepting the job but I thought they did a great job of explaining the mission of the organization and the nature of the job.
