First got contacted by HR then interviewed by the HR of the region. Next was an interview with the lead engineer then the head of the region. Last would be the head of HR where an offer is made.

Very efficient for the most part considering time zones involved in the process. He aspects and technical aspects of the role involved in the same interview which is a welcome change
Thanks for your feedback. It can be a challenge to coordinate with the different time zones, however we do put the candidate first by primarily using video interview. It means candidates don't have to take time off their current roles or to travel to an office. I am glad to hear your feedback was positive.

Very Basic. Talk nice to Snr. Management and basically your in! Not much more to say apart from that. There wasn't any kind of formal interview process. You'll have a conversation with one of the Project Managers and then talk to Snr. Manager. Decision is solely based on if the Snr. Manager likes you or not
