No real interview process. But use of alot of assessments to make sure you can do the job properly. Some you read and repeated what you read, some you had to remember what was said, there is also a typing assessment.

Application, Sabre Assessment, basic computer test, spelling test, computer systems check, 2 phone interviews, background check, and offer letter. Also set a training day for the following week. Training was 900-630 M-F for 8 weeks.
