Just asked about your prior experience, and what kind of tools used in your prior job, also some sales skills and CRM system experience. Once you passed they will provide a month of training of the line of business that you are going to work on.
You are provided resources to succeed in your interview such as topics of discussions. The interview process was straight forward and professional. TP also has a unique assessment page that functions like a game to evaluate competency.
