They did one-way interview followed with online examination, I was disappointed that the online examination uses AI to analyze features and accents which is really not a good idea cuz AI usually misinterpret some accents and that's what happened to me try to explain to them but they rejected my application saying that although I performed exceptional and the vocabulary and grammar by accent is bad just because the AI said so

They asked me about a couple of basic English grammar
An English test is conducted, but no feedback is given. No update at all afterwards, but an email regarding vacancies of a totally different position is sent to me. HR is helpful in the beginning, but she did not follow up after the process.

Processo extremamente demorado, cerca de 3h no total, mesmo com quantidade pequena de candidatos, recrutadores que pareciam não entender muito sobre a operação que estavam recrutando, seguindo apenas a risca do cliente sobre perfil nichado de pessoas que viajaram a outros países.
