The interview is nice because I can understand the questions of the interviewer.and the questions is easy to answers, and I know that all my informations is keep confidential. And in final Interview Im a little bit nervous because I thought that the final interview is hard but when the interviewer ask me I stay calm and listen to her and I answered her in a nice way but in Tagalog language because she said that I need to speak in Tagalog because I'm belong in local account .

The process is quite easy an not to difficult good for someone without call centre experience they always recruiting for no experience candidates which make it good they should give peoplw with no matric also a chance
It was fluid, the recruitement process was well organised and quite fast. not very human at first but once enrolled, procedure is very clear. they are regularly recruiting but easier when you have a referal

It went well I've answer the question ,Also the interviewer gave a feedback base on my answer to a certain question , she gave also gave a bit information about what is ecommerce account
