First, it was an HR round, followed by an online interview. In HR round they will ask about you, your experience. Next, if you are opting for a voice process, you ha e to pass a versant test. Then an online interview with your manager. A time will be allotted and you have to wait till your turn comes.

The waiting time is insane! It took 7 long hours to get the first round completed. There's no one to cater to your questions or enquiries. Lack of space management.

Entretien
You go through HR and PI rounds. You have a good communication skill and confidence and you crack it. In PI there are 2 managers from operations team who takes your interview on the basis of your experience and a topic is given to speak for 2 minutes, this helps them understand your communication skill.

Not so hard to tackle interview just need a basic knowledge of process not if a fresher everyone is welcome and also there are many kinds of process you fit in one or other .
