Quick and easy. Simple questions and hired pretty much on the spot. The questions were pretty much basic like asking what availability you had and if you had access to ethernet. Only about 2-3 personal questions that were simple to answer.

Long Wait times and no Proper response from the HR even after taking the AI interview they were taking too long for interviews and multiple rounds for no particular reason

Entretien
It was a smooth interview, which took about four hours. The first test was a skills test then some interviews about myself to make sure if I am capable of the job.
Interview process went well. Was over zoom and the questions were basic customer service related questions. The interview process overall was fast and I was hired within a month of my application.
