There were three steps, the first two to get to know each other and to learn more about my experiences the last one to see how well I was actually suited to the job, then cognitive interview plus role play for the position offered.

What do you think about working in a team? How would you interact with a client?
Very quick and efficient. I’d personally say the entire process was easy if you have experience. They would ask you to answer basic questions, such as experiences and how you navigate objections. Recruiters kept it professional and organized.

Simple over the telephone conversation, asking about background, studies, etc. They called after a long time and I had already found another job so I asked very few questions about the position and did not go on with it.
The have a step by step process followed, all documented and you can request for feedback. They are polite, final interview is challenging since you are being interviewed by the ops manager
