The first call was a screening call to test my language level. After that, a manager called me for a 30 minutes interview. That was the entire selection proccess. Because of this, a lot of non prepared people were working there, and many of them resigned in the first few months

Entretien
Pretty straight forward, HR interview followed by an overall assessment and then a Final interview with someone from senior team (trainer).
Assessment consists of English written-verbal, typing, Quantitative and Personality based questions.

It took 2weeks or thereabout. Was contacted 2 days after submitting application to complete the application process online. After that came the video interview. Got a feedback a week later with job offer

Entretien
In the beginning I had to take a test. It consisted of two parts; in the first part I had to prove efficient language skills, whereas in the second one I had to prove efficient computer skills. Afterwards there was a short interview and another one, which took a little bit longer.
