The recruitment process was one of the silliest and most disrespectful I've ever subjected to. For starters, the online application form screened me out without me even inputting my data. Luckily I had a contact at the headquarters in Glasgow who kindly unlocked my application. The same person, probably bypassing the system, called me back for a quick telephone interview and booked me for a one-day long pre-screening induction. At the induction we were a group of about ten candidates, they gave us some unexpectedly difficult tasks, but eventually it turned out that we had all gone through because they couldn't be bothered with checking the answers. I then received a telephone call, confirming me I was selected but I didn't receive any confirmation email. The day before the assumed starting date, I received another call, in which I was told there was a problem with my passport. So I asked them, am I hired or not? And the young lady said: "I'll call you back to let you know". This call never came. The day later a gentleman called me asking why I didn't turn up for work and I explained that I never received a confirmation. The gentleman said he would call me back but he didn't. So I never had the privilege to know if I had the job or not. What a joke of a company!
