Went through a recruiter. 1 phone interview, 1 in person interview. Recruiter handled salary and benefit negotiation. Technical interview did not seem very hard. Seems like they were used to interviewing people who said they were developers but actually had no experience, because the questions asked almost anyone could answer.

An etl has failed. After running it again, some duplicates are in the system. How do you identify the duplicate records? (This was difficult only because I had to make up the domain)
They advertise job openings and never give any feedback. When called they have no idea that there's such job. After more than a month I called to have any information and there was none. Was called later on to ask for my availability to work in customer support.
