They shared the opportunity saying the position is related to core Networking profile whereas the profile was Technical Support Representative for HDD and NAS devices. Note that the networking related issues at the maximum are 1-2 a month which you might not even get to handle.
Asked for a list of necessary documents but lost them and asked for them again.
Recruiter provided the list of questions and answers for them too.

Very Well precise and clear, fun at the same time also the interviewer were so good during the whole interview process up to the assessment as well as the Human Resource in catering us.
For the interview process they just asked a few questions and have you take a few assessments for customer service type situations. Pretty simple and quick process overall. Only took a day.
