The Interview process is two round face to face interview. They check the communication skills with basic question about you and your hobbies and a detailed question derived from one of those.
After that another round depends on the process they are hiring for, that depends on your performance in first round.

Very easy for a Computer enthusiast, but would never recommend to join this company because of there salary structure and interpersonal management conflict. For freshers it can be a starting point, though as experienced candidate, i believe it was a mistake to join this company.

Firstly there is a Riva call that is a bot call in which 1st round of the interview is taken. After clearing that round, you will have an HR round. If you clear that round then there will be the ops round in which they will check about the knowledge you have regarding profile. When you are clear with every round then the last thing is a versant. You have to clear the versant and then congratulations. You are hired in teleperformance.

The interview process was smooth and well-organized. It began with an initial screening call, followed by a technical round where I was asked about my skills and experience. After that, there was an HR round focused on behavioral questions and cultural fit. The interviewers were friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Communication was timely, and I was informed of the results within a few days.
