First you have to ho office then in front of the entrance gate in help you have to prove your resume then they send you in kebin where you have to enter your detail after it you will get a application number .After this your interview process started which can be in group or solo .They check you English speaking flow then next round if you selected
Good interview nice experience. Versant and accent with operations round. Manager is good and hr is also good. Provided good guidance. Fast process completed in less than half day. Having good experience
Interview was easy 2-3 easy question but they completely misrepresented the job. They do not tell you up front you have to take and pass a personal lines licensing test and if you fail you are terminated.

They asked how many years customer service experience I have. They claim the job is just customer service however you have to pass a personal lines licensing exam that is very difficult to pass and they are not transparent to tell you if you fail the test you are terminated.
