Phone interview - general questions about status, good and bad sides of your skills, lasted around 20 mins. Wanted to give examples of excellent customer service, experience in similar jobs, what have I done with angry customer, how I deal with situations under pressure. Interview relaxed and found out I passed 10 min after it and was invited to face to face assessment.

On assessment day - typing test, quick IT test, face to face interview, everything was very relaxed and the interviewers were cool.

Entretien
Pretty straight forward, HR interview followed by an overall assessment and then a Final interview with someone from senior team (trainer).
Assessment consists of English written-verbal, typing, Quantitative and Personality based questions.

It took 2weeks or thereabout. Was contacted 2 days after submitting application to complete the application process online. After that came the video interview. Got a feedback a week later with job offer

In the beginning I had to take a test. It consisted of two parts; in the first part I had to prove efficient language skills, whereas in the second one I had to prove efficient computer skills. Afterwards there was a short interview and another one, which took a little bit longer.
