Entretien
first phase was a telephone interview. It was ok, about 8 questions. 4 questions relating to customer service and 4 questions on technical competency. Tech quesrions were really basic, what command do you use to see internet configs on a windows system (ip config) what external device can you use to connect a device to WiFi (wifi dongle, external NIC) what connectivity test can you perform from command line on a windows machine (ping) basic stuff like that.

process was pretty easy for apple support so the first step was HR interview and second was lil technical but to clear for someone with a lil technical knowledge because they would eventually provide training

It was 2 round process. First round was so easy, they will ask you few questions about interest and salary expectation. In second round, it was group interview, will ask you few experience with troubleshooting and how you can handle situation,

Entretien
I applied online. Then I received a call from HR. After the call one skype interview followed. It was an average interview, really easy.
The process was quite fast as well.
