Applied online, had phone interview next day- basic customer care questions.
Group interview few days later(2) needed to fill in forms for police and credit check thenhad to talk to the group say a bit about myself, answer basic spelling and maths questions, listen to three call recordings and take details and a mock call
Then had call later that day for final interview questions and offer of employment

Entretien
I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
