The Interview Process was fast and straight forward. It took approximately 3 weeks to reeive the job offer. Primary I was contacted by the HR person from Teleprformance and asked several question. Then I had to complete several tests (language test, typing test, some questions regarding customer service etc.). And after that I had 2 interviews the first one was with representative from Teleperformance and the other one was directly with the person responsible for the project (all the interviews were by phone)

What are the main skills for the customer representative?
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
Interview was quick, had some tech issues but nothing too bad. Questions were direct, and prompted with an AI assistant which felt a little uncanny valley. Overall, process went smoothly but maybe it would be better to just have the questions written and recorded to listen to, rather than the AI assistant video
