It’s a good experience and a bit nervous because it’s my first time work in a call center and the way the interviewer talk is how he asks questions is like he's really squeezing you with a question, as if he's pushing you into something you won't continue, like with my studies, it's the same.

The process is quite easy an not to difficult good for someone without call centre experience they always recruiting for no experience candidates which make it good they should give peoplw with no matric also a chance
It was fluid, the recruitement process was well organised and quite fast. not very human at first but once enrolled, procedure is very clear. they are regularly recruiting but easier when you have a referal

It went well I've answer the question ,Also the interviewer gave a feedback base on my answer to a certain question , she gave also gave a bit information about what is ecommerce account
