The interview process generally consists of three main rounds. The first is an assessment round conducted on Versant, where candidates must achieve a minimum score of 60 to qualify further. The second is the HR round, which evaluates communication skills, personality, and cultural fit within the company. The final stage is the Operations (Ops) round, where candidates are assessed on job-specific knowledge, problem-solving ability, and how well they can handle real-time scenarios related to the role. Successfully clearing all these stages ensures progression toward final selection.

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
