Three stage interview, first over the phone, then over a video call, then in person at their office. Interview questions were very normal, nothing unexpected. It took them a week or two between interviews to get back with me, except for the final interview. They never reached out to say they had moved ahead with another candidate which I thought was odd since it had been a month long process and I'd had three interviews with them. Other than that they were nice and professional and the in person interview handled COVID precautions well.
