Initially applied for a role that I didn’t get, but they then tried to create another role that would appeal. Informal interview process with the team leader, and all interactions with the team leader & internal recruiter left a really positive impression. Followed up when they said they would, and were straight up. New role went to someone internal in the end which was disappointing but understandable.

First 2 interviews in Oslo. Later 2 interviews on site. First interview was good, second round consisted of 3 separate interviews with 3 different people asking the same questions lol
