After reviewing my online application, I was asked to complete a project that was billed as similar to the type of work I would be performing if I were to get the job. The project was supposedly the first step in the hiring process. I received confirmation that I would receive a telephone interview. The interview was 45 minutes long and, while the questioned were tailored more to teaching and learning, it was very clearly a behavioral interview. My interviewer was proficient and attentive, but I got the sense that she was distracted or slightly disinterested.
