I was invited for a 3 hour interview. The first part focused on my CV and past experiences. The second part was technical, they asked me to compare 2 programming languages and a coding question. They were not very helpful and very silent during the coding part. Although I talked my thought process out loud, i constantly had to ask for their confirmation if i was on right track. In general i did not feel comfortable and this reflected on my problem solving capabilities.

I was contacted by a recruiter for the position. The process consisted of one interview with an HR representative. The process moved quickly, and I received a rejection notification the following day after the HR screening.
