Kennismakingsgesprekk met recruiter, gevolgd door dieper gesprek met manager waarbij dieper wordt ingegaan op eerdere projecten die je uitgevoerd hebt en hoe je deze hebt aangepakt. Ze vragen ook door over jou sterke en zwakke punten en hoe deze tot uiting komen in projecten.

Entretien
- First of 2 test should be performed: an IQ and a personality test.
- 2 Open interviews to determine wether you are entrepreneurial minded.
- Most of the interview was a presentation of what TMC has to offer.
- Technical skills are not really tested, only some questions about your dissertation.
- All in all: not really a difficult interview.
