I applied online which was very straight forwards. I had a phone call regarding an invite to attend an interview. My HR contact was very friendly and made the experience very welcoming. It was very admirable that I had a phone call the same day to tell me that I had been successful.

The interview consisted of questions regarding my previous work experience and what I understood about the role that I had applied for; and what qualities I had that would benefit the position I would be fulfilling.

I received an email telling me that I had secured an interview with the company. The interview process itself was about an hour long, and consisted of mainly competence based questions.

Entretien
Sat with the head of recruitment and another person, asked me about my current job, my skills, my experiences. Interview lasted around 40 minutes. They were very inviting and friendly and I felt I could talk to them easily without pressure.
