This was a phone screen with only an HR recruiter. They made me basically go through a one hour phone screen which was basically a regurgitation of my resume in reverse, a very strange format that didn't flow well. Most times I have had similar phone screens for other companies usually only take 30-45 min max. They disqualified me for a majority of criteria they didn't even ask me about in depth what experience I have had dealing with each item and neither mentioned on their job description. The company really seems cool, and the interviewer did take extra time in answering questions I had, but I would rethink their screening process and job description tasks to match what they are really looking for so they save a lot of people's time and I can understand better about what skills to speak to in each job role I have had.
