First interview was a 25-30 min call about your experience, after that they reached out a couple days later to schedule zoom meeting with a manager and the partners. Which the second meeting took about an hour. The last one was 3 weeks ago and I simply was ghosted by the company, no update or responses to any follow up emails or any consideration to the candidates applying.
